Nice and Quiet Hotel The hotel staff were very nice and friendly, especially Chelsey! The room was nice, quiet, & comfortable .

it was okay It was a pleasure to stay with the exception of the rude overnight receptionist that ignore my husband and I as we were attempting to ask for a blanket. ...we just went a bought one.

The good times did not completely roll The hotel staff is very welcoming, but support from management seems to be lacking a great deal. Although an "extended stay" property, the only luggage cart available was a small wheeled square platform, hardly sufficient for an "extended" amount of luggage. Maintenance for issues in room were reported after our arrival, but were still not attended to at the time of our departure 5 days later despite repeated assurances from desk staff to make those requests known; supplies for cooking ... read more

Love the location I enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay. Great location. Close to city and tourist venues. The front desk was always helpful.

When I arrived there was no luggage rack (there was a broken something that they used...I do have a photo of it). Once in the room there was hair in the bath tub. The face towel was torn (big hold) on the end. The refrigerator had an odor. I went out to get cleaning products to clean for myself. I was in room 319 and who ever was over me in 419 was very noisy every night I was there. Walked very, very hard, jumping up and down & running (perhaps a kid, I wasn't sure). Will i stay there again..No not at all!!
