Good value Clean rooms, pleasant front desk personnel, easy access to I-10. Good value for the money. Would stay there again.

Extended Stay America New Orleans - Metairie Great room at a really good price! It was clean and check was a breeze. No dissappointments here! Had to cancel my first night and wasn't even charged any type of cancelation fees. Even our basic room included a lounge chair, two beds and a small kitchen. Will def be coming back to stay during Voodoo Fest next year. This place is as close as your gonna get to downtown New Orleans. Even a quick cab ride if you get to plastered at Bourbon St or one of the many festivals.

Extended stay Everything was great. Easy check in, friendly staff, clean building and clean room. Only two things wrong, no shampoo and not enough pillows. Defintely recommend.

Average Place to stay My first time staying on the outskirts of New Orleans. The hotel was priced well and you get what you pay for. I stayed 4 nights and 2 of the 4 nights you could smell the food being cooked in the rooms around you. Other than that the room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. I lucked out and got a room at the very end of the hall. Also, parking was very convenient. The neighborhood is a little roough and I found myself locking my car as soon as I got in. It's okay for people with low budget For a Studio for 4 people, there should be more then 2 knifes, 1 spoon, 2 cups....

Perfect Stay! We were visiting NOLA, and actually wanted to be safe and get some sleep, so we stayed in Metairie. It was a safe, affordable, quiet, and clean. No frills, but a great kitchenette, cable TV, and plenty of parking. We were only 5-10 min from downtown, and 30 min from the swamp tours. We would definitely stay here again, and I am VERY picky. I don't do bugs, smoke, bad service, or mold. This place was great!

Good Hotel for the price. It was the only thing available during Jazz Fest weekend. The price was right, and the place is an Okay place, a little old, but all in all a good experience. There is a kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave in the room, so if you are planning to stay for a while, you can cook to save some money.
