The microwave and areas within the room appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time.

The hotel claims to offer free breakfast but does not. Water pressure is not good. Mattresses are hard. For some reason, they don't provide cutlery even when you get a kitchen anymore, which adds an extra step to eating in your room.
