My husband and I were happy overall. Quiet and close to everything we came to town for.
Customer service was excellent. The room was suppose to be non smoking, but it was evident that there had been previous smoking in the room.There were stains on the floor and the type of bath area where you wouldn’t feel comfortable showering.

I stood at this particular hotel for the kitchen in the room. Unfortunately getting the kitchen supplies proved to be a hassle I asked for supplies around 2:30 in the afternoon at 5pm I still had no pots or pans and was told they were being washed still. I finally got annoyed and instead of asking the front desk again I asked an employee cleaning the next room and was finally given a pot and pan to cook in.

kitchen area The kitchen cabinets were misplaced, none of the kitchen drawers were place in.
Dated but nice place to stay Dated but nice. The only downfall was that since there are smoking rooms, you needed to walk past them to get to the non smoking rooms. The hallways smelled of stale smoke i that area but thankfully no smoke smell in the room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon check in. Could not find anyone when we went to check out.
