My Stay Place was dirty, carpets should of been vacuumed especially at the front desk. Elevator smelled of smoke and carpets, were they ever shampoo?

Right off the highway. Room was dated, shower curtain rod falling, didnt seem clean. This is surprising because ive stayed in them before.
