Not too bad Room was nice, clean and updated. Bed was super uncomfortable and pillows are not good. Be sure to ask for extra at the front desk. Walls are very thin so you can definitely hear the next room.
Wear sunglasses in room. No frills, i.e., no coffee maker, no kleenex. Made for extended stay situation. Clean for sure. LED lighting is blaring, but that's forced upon them most likely.
Very nice and friendly. Felt welcomed right away.

They vending machine was expensive...but it had a full size fridge and a stove. The view of the freeway was not great but all in all a nice hotel.
This is an extended stay hotel, so room is equipped with a full size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and two electric burners. However. be prepared...they dont give you anything else (no plates, glasses, silverware, pots/pans, paper towels, sponge, nothing). I think you rent some items for a fee...we had friends supply for us. Also, they will not clean your room. You have to go wash your own towels (first wash is free). Gym is closed right now.
