It was actually a good extended stay. The only annoyance was that I could smell pot going down the hallway going to my room on 3 to 4 occasions. After 10 when there was no front desk. That is something that should be addressed. But overall was good.
The front desk staff was always cheerful. Neomi did a great job directing me to the best restaurants Norco had to offer. Thanks
I didn’t like that there wasn’t any Kleenex , only one tiny bar of soap for two people. There were only two very flat pillows.
It was very clean and quiet close to restaurant the staff were friendly i would come back.
Not great for short stay Hotel did not have the little things I’ve grown used to. Coffee maker, shampoo etc. Floor in room wasn’t clean and rug in hallway was very much in need of a vacuuming. There was a full Kitchenette but you needed to buy pots and dishes. You could also buy a coffeemaker.
Some of the staff can use a course in stress management and customer service skills.
