The size of the suite was nice, however, they had no kitchen supplies & the floors were filthy. Also, people were living there more full time than just extended staying.

Emergency stay Nice place safe area needed place to stay while my car was being worked on since o live in my car

A recommander Nous avions une «meeting room» très propre et rénovée. C’était très bien. Le déjeuner, par contre, était très modeste (muffin et barre granola)

Good hotel, average customert service The hotel was actually really nice. I was traveling with my 2 children and got in about 7AM. I asked them if I could stay until 1 or 2 since I had paid for a full night and they wouldn't allow it. I was upset and felt that they could have if they wanted. Hotel was clean and comfy though. The mattress on the pullout sofa was nasty though, looked like old urine stains. Other than that pretty nice place.

The breakfast was not a continental. Even Not enough coffee.

When checking in the desk clerk act like I was disturbing him he took his sweet time checking me in even though I had a pay reservation. When I got to the room there were drinks are food left from previous guess

Unfortunate experience The onsite manager was quick to respond to our complaints about a party 3 rooms down the hall. The guests were drunk and out of control. The party continued into the early morning with doors slamming and loud voices. The walls and ceiling are very thin. Although this is a non smoking facility, the bedding smelled like cigarette smoke.
