First room we were assigned was locked from inside. Next room we were sent to was non-smoking, but smelled strongly of smoke. Kitchen area had no cups, dishes, or silverware.

uh? The hotel just seemed like it was a sleazy motel. the staff at the front desk really didn't care to help me out, then when i got into the room it was just uncomfortable.

Leisure stay Centipeds in bathroom and kitchen. Power outage occurred.

A dog-gone sleepless night Our room was on the top floor which was apparently where all the guests with dogs were placed (we don't have a dog). 8 of the 10 rooms in our hallway had dogs and they barked back and forth at each other all night. The room itself was clean but the mattress was soft and lumpy and very uncomfortable. There is a Hilton Garden Inn next door; next time we'll pat the extra few dollars and stay there.

Not terrible but wouldn't stay there again No amenities other than a couple of vending machines. Didn't even sell newspapers. My room absolutely reeked of cigar smoke, it was even in the sheets and pillows. Probably could have requested another room but it was late at night when I arrived. The other thing I found odd is the rate I paid is the same rate that's posted on the back of the door to the room. For whatever reason, this is the first time that's ever happened to me.
