Bates Hotel from Hell Too much noise and the front desk doesn't care when you call down to have the noise look into and give you a chance to sleep. Not worth the money...I didn't get to sleep because of it being too noisy.

Nov 2015 trip First key they gave me was an uncleaned room. They promptly gave me a new room but it was not the same type I reserved. I probably should have read the fine print better as I would have at least expected my trash to be emptied within my 4 night stay, but not one single visit from housekeeping. Grab and go breakfast should really be called grab nothing and go. It was terrible. The bad was super comfy though.
Extended Stay not good for one nights only! Not a good "one night" stay. Families cooking and sharing rooms across the hall wasn't really what we were looking for.
Meh - Some guests are pretty shady characters - Needed to go to the front desk for: - More towels (only had 3 in room) - Blankets (what was on the bed was very sparse) - The room is essentially stripped of comforts. Simple things like hangers, hair dryer, iron, extra blankets, flatware and dishes (it's an efficiency unit) were AWOL. Never went due to weather forecasts for our area and room was not cancellable which will make me use another service in the future
The person working the front desk was friendly and accommodating but the room had stains on the carpet, hair on the bed, no toilet paper holder and the hallway smelled like smoke. It only had cheap soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Not a nice place to stay, even for the price.
Choose a different hotel in the area. Booked this hotel for myself and 3 coworkers for the week. Lobby smelled bad, rooms smell like smoke, hair in the bathroom around the sink, and worst of all the sheet that goes around the box board was stained and looked like they had not been washed ever. Disappointing This was a business trip. The hallways smelled of smoke. The hotel only services the room once every seven days. Additional service costs $10. I would not recommend this hotel under any but the most dire of circumstances.
