not a bad place overall, i got caught in a smoking room which was just disgusting, which made my experience horrible. but I haven't tried there non smoking room so don't want to judge to whole place. but the room i had was just disgusting, i don't even think they cleaned before i came.

Good Spent 6 days there. Service is the only lacking, it was not 24 hours and they really should not say it offers continental breakfast. It was packaged muffins and granola bars. Other than that it was clean and quiet.

Just average I wanted a room with a kitchen- but the material and layout was not impressive . Wish the room was more updated and had a welcoming vibe. Felt claustrophobic.

You will not be satisfied with this hotel if you are used to nicer properties but are trying to save a few dollars. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and this length of stay didn't offer room service. The "breakfast" is more like a snack. We had no utensils or items for cooking in our room even though there was a kitchenette. This would need to be requested. Positives: The wi-fi had a solid signal and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was disgusting. There was hair everywhere, like someone got a haircut and then spread it every where. The tub was super dirty, the floor of the tub was black and no amount of water washed it off. The room was really dusty and again had hair everywhere. I would have asked for a different room but my kids passed out on the bed as soon as we arrived, so I was stuck.

Bad service due to poor staffing We arrived at 6:30pm for a 3:00 check in but was told both rooms were not ready yet as housekeeping is running behind. So instead of making a big deal, we decided to go out and eat dinner. Came back over an hour later and still not ready and everyone was getting tired from the 7 hour drive. We still had to wait at least 20 minutes.
