So so We came here to go to Disneyland and it's pretty reasonable of a price. The hotel is about 15-20 mins away from Disneyland and 15-20 away from long beach. So being in between is great. The cool thing about this place is it's close to many restaurants and shopping. It has a little kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and microwave (no oven). They do not come in daily to clean. You have to ask for towels and new sheets. Other than that, it is a very pleasant stay. Free breakfast until 9:30am.
City of Cypress is nice. I was told that there was hot complete breakfast that was not true.
I check in everything was great...i went up to my room and there was a pest problem..so they gave me another room.
None The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work
The staff was great and very helpful. The room was nice and clean when I arrived. My stay was overall very good.
Bothered Normally my stay here is great. This time was bad not sure if I'll come back. The king suez bed felt like I was sleeping on a rock. Hard and lumpy. It felt like a crib mattress. Other rooms I've stayed in at this hotel in Cypress, ca were comfy. All rooms that cost the same price should have the same quality. Also, u almost left when I turned the light on a roach was running by. OMG I'll take the lumpy rock any day over seeing a roach in my room. Last thing, I really don't like the fact NO COFFEE POT. Great first stay! I booked the one queen size bed room. It looks more like a studio. Very clean and comfortable with affordable price! I would definitely recommend this place.
