Friendly staff, facility need some works Overall, it's nice place to stay. My room bathtub faucet water leakage. The rest is good. Price is right.
Nice place to stay on a budget When I arrived at my room there was toothpaste residue in the sink. This was disgusting. Called staff and it was corrected. Location is excellent for my business trip. All complaints that I had about the hotel would have been addressed by one of the other local hotels who charge $50.00 more a night. According to other reports, there were no homeless people that I ever saw, no kids running up and down the halls and I had plenty of toilet paper. Great hotel but the air conditioner was loud. I'd stay there again for sure.
Stay review Room ready on time, great location, great rate, bed could of been more comfortable. Overall accommodations were good. Would stay again.
Kind staff The staff was very nice but room and corridors had a funny odor. The Internet was down most of the time. I know it's not a big deal but they didn't have a corkscrew... And forget about "breakfast"
Quiet and average Bed not tha comfortable. The room was ok but I was not aware rooms are only cleaned if you stay 7-days or longer. But the hotel staff accommodated me and cleaned my room, gave me fresh towels a couple times. Convenient to a few nice restaurants but Cypress roll in the sidewalks around 010PM so make sure you get your dinner in if you are working late in the area.
comfty hotel near our destinations Couldn't complain. Near the convention center and Disneyland was where I needed to go. Fridge and microwave is a bonus.

Nothing fancy Very basic. As expected. Extended stays NEVER allow easy check in.
