Bed is a bit on shabby side but facilities, staff and price were excellent! I have never had much experience with this type of extended stay hotel before and after staying here I am a big fan. You're right next to the beach and the only thing you have to give up is a daily turndown service, not loads of cash. The price was very reasonable it's very mellow and relaxing as most guests are single travelers staying for a convention etc. You get a large laundry room and and internet is a cheap one time fee for your whole stay. Extended stay america First hotel where we had to make up our own bed, clean out the waste basket, get soap and shampoo and coffe at the front desk. Could hear next door guest through the wall - NO sound insulation.

Perfect place to stay for Oktoberfest in HB My girlfriend and I couldn't find any hotels with vacancy closer to the Oktoberfest celebration in Huntington Beach (for a great rate, that is). This hotel had everything as far as accommodations and convenience are concerned. We were a little under 2 miles away from Oktoberfest, and used a Taxi Cab to get back and forth from the festival. Good place to stay This hotel is convenient to the freeways, yet located in a quiet place. The room was clean and the kitchen was just what I needed for my stay. The lady at the front desk called shortly after I settled into my room to see if everything was as I expected it -- very good customer service. The only down side to the location of this Extended stay is that there is nothing walking distance and the closest grocery store appears to be 3 miles away. I would stay here again.
