The staff were great! The rooms however need some TLC. It looks like they are redoing some of them, but we stayed in 3 different rooms and none of them were consistent; one had no hangers in the closet, another one had the fridge door open the wrong way making it hard to get in and out, and the other had carpet partially, which was sticky and not clean. For a night or two I would say stay here, but for more than that, I would not recommend it.

Good time in Irvine

Room was clean for the most part. Did find dry blood though near one of the mirrors & the bathroom had a puddle near the toilet which could have been urine.

I had room 361. Everything about the room was awesome. Only one things I disliked, it doesn’t seem the room is properly swept. My son’s toy went underneath the bed so I went to go get it & I ended up finding things that people lost or left behind. I found a lost shoe, a lost sock, a lost car charger/bluetooth, & other miscellaneous items. The items were found underneath the beds & underneath the AC unit.
