Eventhough its located in busy Altamonte Springs, it's off the beaten path where its quiet and peaceful. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. We only stayed one night but my elderly mother had to be rushed to the hospital. After notifying the front desk about what happened they were so helpful and understanding. No one tried to rush us out (check out time was 11;00am). They allowed me time to care for my mother and finish checking out at my convenience without charging me extra for checking out late. the front desk lady was amazing great service the bad thing guy was smoking crack at the front door
The front desk help was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. She made me feel welcome. I am sorry i dont remember her name. She deserves credit for doing a amazing job.
