Linda The check in was very sad. Terrible customer service. She was rude. Not a people person. I had to sit I. My car over 2 hours. I was the only person checking I. That day. Wouldn’t give me a room early. Rude rude
Service was great at the front desk. Very responsive to requests. I didn’t realize there was no room service except between uses and no plates, cutlery in the room. But these were easily addressed as my stay progressed

Not worth our stay First lets start off that the hotels hallways had a terrible smell. As we entered the room my daughter went to pull her the sofa bed to then find out that it had no sheets. The mattress was stained. Walked down to receptionist and she gave us clean sheets. My daughter the next morning complained of how terrible the mattress was to sleep on.
