Serviceable Staff wasn’t usually at desk and had to wait, but otherwise all worked well. Place is worn but clean and comfortavle
O hotel está de acordo com o preço praticado, entendo um bom custo benefício. O atendimento foi bom, pois a reserva feita pelo site não aparecia para a atendente, mas ela gentilmente (e por sorte de ter vaga), resolveu na hora. A limpeza poderia ser melhorada, pois o chão, especificamente, estava com sujeira bem impregnada, não tinha condição de andar descalço no quarto.

I just want to thank the amazing staff . Tey Ms. Marie , Kevin .they truly help get though the tough time . I hope they keep doing the Amazing work and they manger see how lucky to have those amazing workers . Maria is great! One of the housekeepers, Maria, was very sweet and attentive. We didn’t bring our towels down from our room for the pool and she grabbed us some clean ones. Then as we were looking over the breakfast items she asked if we were looking for anything specific that she could get for us. Very kind!
