Bad WiFi dirty and poor condition of public areas

Way too much money for what you get Customer service took a back seat to employees socializing. Simple amenities like ice maker etc were non-existent.
Good location Was a nice size room. Bed a bit firm. TV issue during NCAA FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.
Muchísimo mejor que en el que estuvimos en New York y Miami. La variedad de desayuno es muy importante sobre todo cuando hay niños.
