Everything was fine for a our stay. The pool could have been a little cleaner. The only bad thing I have to say is the grab and go breakfast pitiful at best.

Good Location... close to Sea World and Restaurants. Check in was not friendly. When we got to our rooms we found that there was no soap and no bedding for the sofa befs. We had to go back yo the lobby to get everything ourselves and when we asked for a blanket we were told there were none clean. Pool deck was cluttered with leaves and foliage was in terrible shape. Just not what I was expecting!!

Clean and close to everything! Clean and quiet, convenient to Convention Center and attractions. Good breakfast, nice seimming pool. Adequate free parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Just ok The staff were ok, bed very uncomfortable, hotel boasts of full kitchen but you have to request for serving ware, coffee pot, etc... awful

You can find a better hotel for the price! Wish I'd read the reviews thoroughly before booking. We have stayed in this brand before and loved it.. this one not at all. Checked in at 4 room wasn't ready so told to come back in an hour, returned went up to the room and housekeeping had just started cleaning it, had to go back to lobby and get another room. Tv did not work in room. Internet did not work (Was told it was intermittent) room did not have any dishes etc. Asked for 2 plates 2 forks, coffee machine and a frying pan..... read more
