Nice hotel, clean, nice staff... Always great to stay at this hotel, always clean, friendly staff, prompt service and love the location, near universal, Disney, and the lovely International Drive.
Nice basic place No frills but great Staff. Clean and friendly. Could hear the guy next door snoring, but ear plugs helped. For the money, if you are attending something on the West End of the Convention Center, this is handy and a good buy. Have stayed multiple times and may again.
Run Disney This place was great and very helpful staff, convinent, and in expensive, we even stayed an extra night
Check in was simple and EXPEDItious . The room was clean and the heating/cooling worked - a necessity since it was 39F outside and a nearby high end hotel had heating systems that did not work. Parking was free, ample and close to other locations that charged like they held a monopoly. The small breakfast was adequate to start the day.

Nothing else available Overall place was dirty and rooms smelled disgusting. Breakfast was the worst I've seen in a hotel. First bad experience with this Hotel Company, definitely not coming back to this one.
