Peaceful and very clean This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was very clean even though they do accept pets and was also very peaceful. The breakfast was also good for on the go. The only issue I had was that I was there for 3 nights and not once did I see any housekeeping service. I had to call the front desk to have them provide clean towels and other necessities. Overall the experience was very good.

Mostly positive. Our phone didn’t work and had to request linens for the sofa bed. They we also out of extra pillows when we checked in. They were attentive to our repair requests- bathroom sink and shower were very slow to drain- and were fixed the day we alerted them to the issues. Other than those minor things it was safe and clean.

So so Location is good. Bed and pillows were not too comfortable. I felt a little funny about the bedcovers...they look like they’ve been used for at least 10 years. Definitely need some upgrading. Even though the kitchen was supposed to be fully furnished, the cabinets were empty. Had to go to front desk to borrow some plates and utensils. The check in lady was very nice, but the check out girl was not pleasant at all. Breakfast need improvement for sure.

There were pets in the hotel which is ok, but they need to be kept under control. And it’s hard to tell if pets are allowed into all the rooms. I was on the ground floor and guest and kids were always moving even after midnight and stamping so hard on the ceiling above you. You cannot sleep soundly if you are a light sleeper

Close to all! Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly, rooms clean. Breakfast buffet was great, for grab and go! Shuttle bus to sea world was fast on time. Only thing I wish was heated outside pool.

Very close to Sea World, friendly staff This hotel was very close to Sea World, which was the purpose of my stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay.
