I have stayed with my family(little kid) for 1 week.The room and location was great but they haven't come for cleaning until i check out. Also the breakfast is limited with only breads,bagel, coffee and juice and nothing more than that.

Making do! Cause that's what we had! Thankfully the hotel was in a good location which was central to where we needed to be.... but we didn't love the condition of the room. One night we had a leak which was reported but no one check in about it. The room had a wet dog smell to it which was not pleasant. The microwave didn't work very well which limited our ability to save leftovers. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast but we would of loved more variety. Nice room but get your breakfast somewhere else The room was standard. Nice kitchen area that I didn’t use as I was only there one day. The complementary breakfast leaved something to be desired- the orange juice machine was not working ad well as the coffee machine! Terrible way to start the day.

A good price for the room, it was pretty comfortable and a short distance to both Disney and Universal. My only nitpick is that the shower curtain was too short for the tub, making easy to accidentally soak the floor

Cockroach in bathroom and garbage in hallway I found a cockroach in my bathroom when I first arrived. I smashed it and flushed it down the toilet...YUM! I looked for an ice machine later that night and found the garbage rooms with 10+ bags in them and they smelled terrible. No one had taken the garbage out in days.
