Great Convention Access location Very convenient for access to convention center. Walk or dive to the Center. Room was spacious, clean and the staff was very friendly. Short drive to may restaurants and attractions.
Hotel con cómoda ubicación. En general, la estancia fue buena. Lamentablemente, hice un pedido por medio de Amazon y el paquete, si bien fue recibido en el front desk, fue extraviado sin que se me diese una explicación congruente ni respuesta a mi gestión por medio de correo electrónico.
Hotel limpio y comodo La atencion fue buena, el desayuno no me gusto, no hay variedad.
Avoid at all cost Bait and switch. The photos on the website portrays cleanliness and comfort. Not so. Looked like an apartment that someone had just moved out of. Imidiate red flag when I had to call to get someone to check me in. I was late do to flight issues but this was a first for me. I've checked in later at other hotels and there's always someone in the lobby. Had it not been so late I would have found other accommodations right then. The staff was nice however the room was subpar. Literal hole in the wall when you get in. Toenail on the floor and grime around the faucet. I traveled from out of state for a family member's funeral service and dealt with these conditions. When asked for another room I was advised nothing was available. I will NOT choose this location in the future.
