The amazing service made up for sub-par beds. Location and price were perfect! Right outside the gates to Sea-World, and a 5 minute drive to the gates of Disney!
Passable alternative to the Rosen, if you have an event at the Convention Center. Cheaper and less "bustle" of the tourist spots.
Convenient and clean They accommodated us with early check in, even though they were full, and we had a nice, clean and quiet room. Worked out great.
Convention nearby. Short walk to convention center. Nice, clean hotel. Very pleasant staff.
May never stay here again It was ok only because everything else was booked. Not at all my first choice. Bed was very uncomfortable and air conditioning was either super cold or the room was very hot. The place could use some upgrades as the ceiling in the shower had water damage. No sheets on the pull out sofa and worst part is I did not find this out until bedtime 12am. So I had to go grab sheets from the check in amd put them on myself.

Avoid this hotel, not worth the money Not so good....I'd avoid this hotel if you can do it. Our "Suite" had no dishes, glasses or silverware. TV was "fuzzy" on most channels, no daily room cleaning and bed was hard as a rock. We had to call down to desk 3 times before they delivered an extra pillow and blanket. Also, NO ICE MACHINES!!! We had to buy our own ice and bring it to our room. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. Avoid this hotel if you can.
