It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t even stay in the hotel. The lobby was closed and i came the next day to talk to the manager, after they check the room they said I had to contact hotels.com to get my refund. I did contact them and when they called the hotel, they said that we used the room… they lied about it. So, I never got the money back. Don’t ever stay in this hotel. Bad management.

I checked in , room wasn’t cleaned at all . I was given another room , when I went up to the room someone else was in there . I was given a third room , and it still wasn’t cleaned. Front desk personnel had no idea what he was doing , kept disappearing to where lines formed . Very inconvenient

It was a horrible stay but char that was there in the morning made it a lot better thank you so much for her especially being that I was having a melt down and she was understanding and calming thank you char

DO NOT BOOK This was the single worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Hotels.com should stop booking this hotel immediately if they want to maintain their reputation as a good booking site. The pictures were inaccurate (probably stock photos) not pictures of the rooms themselves. There were no dishes for the guests (in an extended stay hotel) no place to put your clothes on and your feet stuck to the floor. Edificio es antiguo, sin actualizarse. Necesita arreglar muchas cosas. El desayuno es solamente café, avena o muffins. No me gustaría volver.
