I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The moment I arrived, the hallways were unclean and the room had visible dust. Housekeeping was non-existent during my four-day stay, and the room phone didn't work properly. The "included breakfast" was just a coffee machine and a snack. Service was poor, as I had to collect my own towels, shampoo, and soap. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Just say no Stayed one night by necessity, not choice. Two individuals passed out in the breakfast area, sticky floor in the room, dirty shower. I pushed the nasty recliner against my bottled door, slept with the light on, and in my clothes. Well I didn’t really sleep. You get what you pay for.

Place looks hella ran down, but gave it a chance anyways. Girl at check in was amazing Chloe i believe? And also the haitian guy as well , thats probably the highlight of the stay. Place had a very damp and wet dog smell, walls are paper thin, could hear kids screaming, and among other things, had a leaky shower and toilet paper handle was falling off the wall. This was without a doubt my worst experience in a hotel in the US. Don't be fooled by the photos, they're just "make-up". While you're checking in, you might think it won't be that bad. When the elevator door opens, you realize how much trouble you're in! I've never been in a hotel that smelled so bad in my life. Not even a pigsty stinks so much. The carpets are filthy. This is the first time I have a very bad experience in a hotel. Management needs to improve the cleaning service and enforce strict rules for guests. Our room was dirty, previous guest trash and stuff, cockroaches, and the sofa bed it was a disaster, completely dirty and blood on it. No blankets, and cigarettes and marijuana odors all over. Unfortunately, me and my family will never stay here again nor recommend.

HORRÍVEL Péssima. Tudo começa pela foto do quarto da 4 pessoas, onde parecer ser confortável. Mas é uma enganação, porque estávamos procurando com cozinha e ela é ao lado do sofá cama. Estrutra suja, banheiro e paredes sujas. E por falar em sofá cama, um nojeira. Colchão sujo e fedorento. Como era um quarto para 4 pessoas, só nos deram 3 travesseiros e implorarmos por dois dias seguidos por mais um. Nas fotos e no anúncio afirma ter café da amanhã, UMA MENTIRA, simples colocaram uma máquina de café e água quente com muffins ... read more
