Close to Disneyworld and Universal Studios
Staff is amazing very friendly from the GM Diane, Stephanie, Waleska they all welcome you with a smile, feels like I've known them for years even maintained guy Carlos all amazing. Think I might even apply to work with them is like they are family they all get along with well and i love it, being here 2 and half months. Thank you for such an amazing experience. I absolutely give this property a 10 .

When we asked for an additional towel, they refused to give us one unless we turned towels in. Our room came with four towels, and there are five of us. Most times, there was not someone at the front desk, we ended up buying two additional towels from Walmart to get by. Also, we never got our room cleaned in the 11 days we were there.
