The front desk clerks upon check in was to courteous, had a sense arrogant as if I was a person who needed them for a place to stay and not as if I was a customer! Also requested that i return the pots n pans & etc to the front desk upon check out! Very unpleasant experience during the check in process!

The room had a really bad smell. I couldn't find an associate when i needed to check out.
