Great! We were 3 adults and 2 kids. The room was large, perfect.

loved it!!! The location was unbeatable, the desk clerk was great!!! The rooms are awesome!!! After coming off of a cruise ship and staying here the rooms seemed enourmous!!! Very clean, very comfortable!! Will stay again!

Nice hotel close to Universal Studios We stayed here for Horror Nights at Universal Studios and it was really convenient. Close to the park. Hotel was comfortable and clean.

Good place to stay Overall, it was a good place. The air conditioner didn't work well so we were quite hot. They had no other rooms so we were stuck. Also we had gotten up after the breakfast hour and were hoping to just get a glass of juice. The machine was right by the check-in counter and running but the attendant said it was turned offand we couldn't get anything. I think he just didn't want to clean it again if we spilled anything. The location is perfect if you're heading over to Universal Studios! We weren't in the room for very long but overall was very pleased with the room and cleaniness of it.
The room was really nice and I loved the kitchen was very convenient we cook in our room without spending a lot on restaurant

Daumen hoch Insgesamt solides Hotel. Gute Zimmergröße, großer Kühlschrank, Tisch, zwei Stühle und Einbauküche. Man ist halt mehr Selbstversorger. Das "Grab´n go Frühstück" ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gibt drei Sorten Muffins, zwei Sorten Müsliriegel und zwei Sorten Müsli zum Anrühren mit heißem Wasser und Orangen - und das war´s auch schon im Wesentlichen.
