Good Hotel.. Great Location Very Good hotel.. we arrived at night almost at 11:00 p.m. before a really tired day in universal studios, those days when you just want-need a bed. When we arrived, we received a poor treatment from "ladie"/receptionist who was on the front desk which treat us like if she was doing us a favor.. I was really mad but to tired to complain with the manager/supervisor...Very nice hotel, comfortable, bad second shift receptionist.

Nice, Affordable, Newly Renovated Place to Stay The hotel was clean, newly renovated, affordable and within walking distance from Universal Studios. I would stay again on my next visit.

Excellent...but Everything was great up until a construction working client staying at the hotel was nasty with my friends and myself. We had to report the situation because he actually asked my friend to fight. :(

Close to Universal Studios We loved having room for 4 adults- my husband and I and our adult children.My son slept on the sofa bed and we like having a kitchen for cooking and eating on our own.

Nice for the price The hotel was pretty nice for the price, which I sure was only temporarily reduced. They were doing renovations, so the entire third floor was closed. If you can stand the noise and deal with the limited parking, this could be a nice place for a family to stay. They have a pool, eat in kitchen with bar counter, nice tv. Our room had two queen beds plus a fold out couch.

Close to Universal Studios Our stay was good. I would have liked to have known about the construction on the floor above us before making the reservation. The construction noise didn't make too much of difference in our stay, it just would have been nice to have known about it. I was also a little disappointed in the complimentary breakfast but we went to the store and bought our own breakfast to make in the room for the rest of our stay. The staff - including the construction workers - were very nice.
