UBICACIÓN, LA COMODIDAD DE LA HAB Y SERVICIO REALMENTE ESTAMOS MUY SATISFECHOS Y CONTENTOS POR LA COMODIDAD DE LA HABITACIÓN ES EXCELENTE. LOS EMPLEADOS DEL HOTEL NOS ATENDIERON CON MUCHA AMABILIDAD Y ATENCIONES. EL HOTEL TIENE UNA BUENA UBICACIÓN YA QUE TIENE CERCA RESTAURANTES, GASOLINERAS, FARMACIAS, Y HAN TAN SOLO 5 MINUTOS EN CARRO DE UNIVERSAL STUDIOS.

bon emplacement A 20 mn a pieds des universal studios, economie de parking hant qu'il faut 10mn a pied du parking a l'entree du parc. Cuisine equipee leger. Literie confortable. Baignoire. Petit dej compris tres leger. A 10 mn de international drive et des outlets. Un bon compromis pour passer plusieurs jours pour manger a l'hotel le soir surtout pour une famille (nous etions 4). Personnel tres serviable. Piscine ok.

extremely great value for the money. room was comfortable, modern, and wifi was free and fast.

They are remodeling but we got to be the first ones to stay in the updated room. It was perfect for our family of 6. Due to the remodeling the breakfast was not worth going. I would stay there again next time were in Orlando. Close to everything and has a full kitchen.

Good Hotel.. Great Location Very Good hotel.. we arrived at night almost at 11:00 p.m. before a really tired day in universal studios, those days when you just want-need a bed. When we arrived, we received a poor treatment from "ladie"/receptionist who was on the front desk which treat us like if she was doing us a favor.. I was really mad but to tired to complain with the manager/supervisor...Very nice hotel, comfortable, bad second shift receptionist.

Nice, Affordable, Newly Renovated Place to Stay The hotel was clean, newly renovated, affordable and within walking distance from Universal Studios. I would stay again on my next visit.

Excellent...but Everything was great up until a construction working client staying at the hotel was nasty with my friends and myself. We had to report the situation because he actually asked my friend to fight. :(
