hotel concept fit for my travel style Great room and great concept for my type of hotel stay. Arriving really late to unattended front desk, had to yell 'hello!' several times... no response and no bell to ring. So going back outside to pick up the house phone to get service...minor issue. I am sure there is a late night front desk protocol that was not met just this time. I love Extended stay. It has become my 'go-to' home away from home. This one seemed new. It didn't have that 'renovated old hotel ' smell.

Nice hotel, good location for business trip Only there for one night, short business trip, it was clean, nice front desk employees and clean rooms.... the rooms seem brand new and are comfortable.

Nice hotel close to universal studios Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Pool was always clean and not to crowded. Excecise room included three pieces of equipment. Hotel was also close to many restuarants and Walmart.

Close to City Walk We had a great time in the area. Only a $7 cab ride to Universal City Walk. Only complaint was the walls are way too thin. I do not enjoy listening to my neighbors giggle or shower. Hotel was super clean. Girl at front desk during check-in was not too friendly and very sarcastic, but you only have to deal with that for 3 minutes.
