Housekeeping staff and front desk were all friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Furniture was worn, dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed. Biggest complaint was the bed. Was broken down in the middle so anywhere you sat or lay on it you sunk to the hole in the middle. When we sat on the end of the bed it flipped up causing a week of dr visits and crutches. Management came to the room after a complaint on a corporate survey. She pressed on the edge of the bed and said "most people like a soft bed" and that it was new in... read more

I’ve stayed there before and have always had a good trip. The male on night shift is the best. He is very helpful and kind to his guest. Somehow, the morning of our check out, there were big marks all over my arms and legs... really omg praying it isn’t bed bugs. I was in room 107.

Decent stay. Its a nice hotel, but a couple issues. I felt the bed wss too hard, but i get it. Everyone likes a different level of softness. The heating unit made loud noises almost all the time. I was not able to adjust the heat down. It seemed stuck at 75 degrees. I finally just opened the window. Wish there was ice somewhere on property. I understand long term guests can make their own, but was only there a night and needed ice right away. And, lastly, no creamer was put out this morning to go with the coffee.
