Good central location. Room was fine, but did need some Febreeze. Fridge was loud in the middle of the night at times which was annoying. Otherwise decent place to stay and good price.

Convenient location for all things we wanted to do The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. Our bed could have been more comfortable... It was very hard and made noise when you turned/sat on it, like it had boxes under it. Also, the toilets flushed very loudly. Could even hear the one next door. Even though, we still enjoyed our stay. Average room for the price.

Good location I liked how this hotel was close to the mall, the highway, and many other amenities. The staff was also friendly and helpful when checking in. I had forgotten toothpaste and did not have a chance to pick some up, but they gave me some for free. I was also not expecting to have a kitchenette in my room and if I had known that, I maybe would have brought more food with me. However, the bed was only ok and when I had read that they provided breakfast I did not know that it was take and go breakfast which was an ok... read more

GrwZt location This is a no frill hotel, but it was good value for what we needed. The staff was very nice and pleasant. We booked it because of the location and we were were not disappointed. Loved the kitchenette.

Nice place to stay The place was nice and clean and the room was bigger then most hotels I have stayed in. Only complaint was the bed's were extremely hard
Pleasant Was only there one night. The price was right through Expedia.
Good value!! We stay at Extended Stay America in Peoria, Illinois, quite often. Now, the rooms have all been updated, so we are sure to get a nice room. We don't require a pool or a lot of amenities....just a good room, comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom! The full kitchen is an added bonus!
