Well worth it The stay was great! The managemant was atentive to my needs. There were some maintenance issues like the light in the kitchen didn't work, toilet was long and noisey refilling, the countertop laminate was comming apart and cupboard doors wouldn't stay closed and hit each other. Understandably so since it was explained to me that the entire top floor is to be remodeled in the upcomming months. What a night My first time booking through Hotels.com and needless to say it left a Perfect first impression! When we arrived to the hotel they had my confirmation in hand at check in ... room was ready and waiting! Shower pressure was a little low but over lookable none the less. bed wasnt as firm as im use too but still sleep able ... Friendly staff as well so over all my next trip out i will deffently be booking with this hotel and service again!

Quality, Value, Cordial, Clean, & Courteous Very nice property. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Check-out was also cordial, appreciative, and friendly. My only regret is staying one night. I would have liked to really have and "extended stay."

Nice place to stay Friendly staff, nice suites. Would like a little softer bed, but that is my personal preference. Great location. I come here every time I visit.

The room was very nice. The bed might as well have been wood boards. Made it very hard to sleep.

Dissapointing They were short on housekeepers so we had no one to take trash out or restock anything for 2 days. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. Every time we got back to the hotel after 1 am the front entrance would smell strongly of marajuana smoke. We usually stay at the Pere Marquette, which was closed for renovations. If you are used to room sservice and ammenities - do not stay here.

The front desk folks were never present. I waited over 15 minutes to check out and no one ever bothered to assist me.

Quiet and Comfortable I enjoyed the stay, although I missed some of the benefits that come with staying at a more tradition hotel, since there was no shampoo, blow dryer, breakfast bar, etc. However, that is to be expected at extended stay hotels. The room was clean, inexpensive, and quiet. Also, the hotel staff was very positive and helpful. I also appreciated having the convenience of a kitchen area.
