Dirty Room was obviously not cleaned before arrival. The toilet, sink and tub were filthy making me feel very uncomfortable about the rest of the room, like how clean the linens, towels and dishes really were. Would definitely recommend spending a little extra money for a nicer hotel in the area.
Great service, good price. The people were very nice and helpful, and the amount of room you get (with full kitchen) for the price is amazing. There were some minor inconveniences (cable wasn't hooked up in our first room, blankets were cheap in the next), but that kind of thing happens and it's the staff's reaction that counts. Again, very helpful people, and a very reasonable rate. Would book again.
Real Talk The dishes need to be clean... The room need to be warm when you come!!!!! The light should be on.... Breakfast should be commentary!!
I would recommend more of scent in rooms. The smell was not very good, we actually went and bought some air freshner for our room.
Worth the price - just come prepared Temp in room - consistent. Great shower.OK bed. Quiet at night. Clean. Kitchen has full fridge, 2 burner stove-top, sink, microwave. NO OVEN. We had 3 rooms. So when we put all of our kitchen supplies(Plates, cups, pans, etc) together, we were able to survive :) No coffee cups in 1 room. When we asked for coffee cups at the front desk, the response was (after going in the back room) "Here is 1 (ceramic) cup, and a couple of disposable cups, but make sure you bring back the (ceramic) cup t... read more
Fantastic Staff! Staff were SUPER! Manager offered to drive us to Bloomington Airport when we realized we had booked out of there instead of Peoria. One of the other staff offered to drive us to a wedding when our cab was late. You don't get this service from many hotels
