Extended Stay - Peoria Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Cant beat it for the price. Plus its 10 minutes from the convention center. For the price you cant beat it! People were friendly! Since we were only there to sleep it was perfect!!

Signature Suite I specifically stayed in one of the more recently renovated rooms, because I knew there had been some less-than-stellar reviews of the older rooms, and I didn't want the hassle. So I can't speak to the normal rooms. That said, mine was clean, nicely maintained, and perfectly adequate to my needs. It was fine They do not let you have only one packet of coffee however there is creamer and sugar for more than one pot of coffee. I was told if I wanted another packet, I would have to get one from vending machine. It was a good thing that I had extra packets from other places that I had stayed at on my trip. I would have to think long and hard as to whether I would stay at another extended stay. I am torn..... Thumbs? thumbs down. We checked and all was very pleasant. The television had no sound and when I tried to call the front desk....the phone hadn't been turned on. Went down to the desk and they turned the phone on but said "there's nothing I can do about that." in reference to the television. Then said they would call the manager. Being an engineer in a hotel I fixed it myself and got ready for bed. After we got into bed someone knocked on the door. I just told them I had already fixed it. The front deck perso... read more

excellent stay! I came to stay for one night and thought the stay was great! The front desk lady was very friendly, and the room was very neat/clean and cosy. The surrounding area was very convenient with a mall and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Peoria!

Adequate hotel We opted to pay the extra $10 for the upgraded room & glad we did. The room was fine, but I would not have wanted to experience anything less quality. Rate was very good, & in this case, I think we got more than we paid for considering the high costs of other hotels in the area. Internet access was an additional fee. No small toiletries (except soap) were provided.

Cautious Endorsement I stayed for one night and it served my needs. There was a humid mustiness when walking through the hallways, which may have been a result of the severe hot and humid weather. You will not get the perks of a hotel, as this place is designed to be a place where you "set-up shop" for a number of days (e.g. no wake-up calls, etc.) Acceptable for a day at a time.
