Economical with noise Good location and very affordable. My room was extremely spacious and included a kitchenette. Clean but furnishings show wear via tears and stiched repairs. On the downside, it's not a place for those seeking peace and quiet. The noise from guests in the hall, rooms above and next door is very noticeable. Overall, if you're looking for economy, this will do, but you do get what you pay for.

What I Needed While there are a lot of hotels with a book full of amenities, I seldom use any of them when I stay at them. I would much prefer a smaller hotel with less of the useless stuff that has what I need at a decent price. It's not a home away from home for me, or an office, or anything else. It's a clean, comfortable night's rest.
worn out the carpet has become unacceptable and my room was worn...stains on carpet and bed wasnt comfortable. Last visit was likely my last stay there....

A compfortable stay. The Gal at the service desk took quit a while to help us - she was counting change. The room was nice.
Good room for the money I only needed a one night stay. Even though this was an "extended stay" hotel, I chose it because of the great low price. I reviewed prices of other nearby hotels, but none came close to the low cost of this one. I found the staff friendly and the hotel room and hallways were clean. There was plenty of space for parking and many restaurants nearby. There is a large shopping mall across the street.
One of Peoria's Best This Extended Stay was top notch. Rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. I would defintiely stay in this hotel again.
