Equipped Kitchen is accurate only if you ask for dishes, etc. at front desk and carry them to your room. Even then, you will not get everything you need - no cups, bowls, or toaster provided. Finally did get cups and bowls later but toasters were not available because “they walk.” I suggested this was the cost of doing business to which the staff turned her back.

First and last time The front desk representative at checkin was unfriendly, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes All night the refrigerator and heater was in competion of who can make the loudness noise.
