This hotel was a disaster, and we were severely discriminated against. I arrived with a group from church, a combination of young adults and teenagers, and several adults. We are then told that every adult needs to present identification (something I have never heard of). One of our young adults left his ID at home, and we were told that because he did not have an ID, the entire group could not stay. Had hot water in the sink but only cold in the shower. Let the front desk know. Day two still cold in the shower. Nobody notified me. I let them know again. Nobody came. So I went two days without taking a shower. Food was fair. I won’t stay in a Homewood again.

I had the worst experience here. I called prior to my arrival that I will be checking in late and the front desk agreed to it and said it was not an issue. When I arrived at the property, nobody was there and when I tried calling them they said they had canceled my booking and that they will not be able to do anything until the staff arrives next day. I called the head-desk for more pillows (keep in mind I was greeted with 3, flimsy pillow for a queen bed). Her response: “We are fully booked and don’t have any available pillows.” Therefore, I check availability and saw NUMEROUS rooms available. The girl at the desk immediately responded in a snarky tone; “sorry you feel that way.” Deeply disappointed. Thankfully I found their linen closet and got the pillows myself! There were MANY pillows available. Terrible experience. Listen to your reviews. Good riddance to bad trash.

We have been staying here for a while. We are very happy. Rooms are very clean and the hotel staff are absolutely great. Very friendly and helpful!
