I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Sarah at the front desk was very kind and personable. Wass surprised they had a laundry room on site. Would definitely book again in the future. Only wish a pool was on site.

I like the property no problems. What I didn’t like was after a certain time the front desk was closed down

They seem very short staffed. I waited 15 mins to check out but the front desk person was literally right in the next room during the hotel laundry. I finally gave up and left my key in the basket. The rooms seem to have a smell of dog, the floors are very sticky, and the linens seem like they can be cleaner. Im not sure how many times they actually clean the rooms.

The property had a respectful and friendly staff while the facilities were clean and modern at an affordable price...Sometimes the front desk was vacant and service hard to come by.

This hotel is ok for the price. It’s very clean, you could not tell it was pet friendly(didn’t smell of animals). So that was a plus. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the soda machine was broke and vending machine was almost empty. The customer service sucks. When I went to check in, I stood there for at least ten minutes waiting for the manager and the front desk clerk to stop talking( they could have said I’ll be right with you, but instead they acted as if I wasn’t there).
