Professional They did not have a room ready but worked quickly to get one for us and had an African American woman calling the person behind the counter a Cracker. They had to call the police on her. But handled the situation great !
Definitely worth it!! I rely on reviews to tell me about the room and service plus my gut instinct. Close to everything, KOP mall only 10 mins away. This place was soo comfortable, clean and updated. Beyond happy I chose to stay here. You won’t be disappointed!
great stay My stay in Woodspring was wonderful. The check in process was a little slow, though the desk was also very busy that night and the computer system was the main reason for the delay. The desk clerk was very apologetic about the delay, and polite. The room was exceptionally clean, large, and comfortable. I was only staying for 1 night, but definitely would have been comfortable there for an extended stay, as they are geared towards. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the Philly/Plymouth Meeting area again.

THE BED WAS LIKE A COT AND VERY LOUD . A BUNK BED IS BETTER. TRUTHFULLY SPEAKING I LOVED THE ROOM BESIDES THAT BED. WHY DID STAFF KNOCK ON MY DOOR WITH SOMEONE ELSE ? HE THE ONE THAT HAVE ME THE KEY FOR THE ROOM. A FEMALE WAS WITH HIM TOO. THAT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ALSO ANOTHER PERSON WAS TURNING OUR KNOB TRYING TO GET IN. SOMETHING WAS GOING ON. ROOM 329 REWIND THOSE CAMERAS TO SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING.
8/10 Brand new place, quick and easy check in, super friendly staff at check in. However, it was very loud with neighbors blasting music on a Tuesday night at 11pm, and the toilet was not clean from whoever stayed there prior, and I saw some hair on the sheets, which wasn’t pleasant to see at all. Overall it was okay, and priced very well.
