Good for the price Pros: Close to shopping centers and other near by attractions. Cons: Stove didn't work. Called for clean towels and didn't receive any.

Kind of hard to find but great value Outstanding front desk staff, Comfortable room, plenty of room for 4 adults, Easy to see from highway but entrance sign was blocked by plants. Would recommend

Hotel was fine. Great for the price, only complaint was that I booked a non-smoking room, and ended up with a smoking room. It was an inconvienence, but not a big deal.

Great location. Nice hotel, close to everything I needed. The only issue I had was the bed was so hard it felt like a box spring and the tv needed to be updated.

The +'s and -'s When the light is out they are all the same. The price was right. The shower head was very good. Lots of places to eat close by.This was a difficult location to find due to a VERY small street sign (3'X4'). The towels were very old and the texture of burlap. Middle Eastern cooking smells were heavy.

Extended Stay America Phoenix Hotel was adequate. Some areas were dirty; for example the ventilation screens. One morning there was no hot water. I had to take a cold shower. Not very pleasant.
