Cleanliness The carpet and floors in the halls and the by the elevator were very dirty (on 3rd floor).

Where's the sigh The bones of this hotel is fine there are a few areas that need work, First is the sign at the entrance is 1/5 the size of the rest of the signs on the same road, the front desk staff except for one need training in customer service. The only reliable clerk was Ruben (2nd shift) he needs to run the desk staff not the one in charge now.over night was just flat out rude. Where first shift says yes and it did not happen

Extended Stay America Phoenix - Chandler This was a VERY affordable hotel that worked out perfecty for us. We were only going to stay for one night to see if we liked it. We ended staying another 5 nights. The location was perfect. It is an extended stay property so it did not have all the ammenities of a regulat hotel, but it had everything we needed. The staff was helpful, the condition of the property was good, it had a kitchen and free WiFi. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Phoenix.

Right price Just needed a place to stay for the night, didn't use any amenities.

It's okay The staff was great! They were very friendly and professional. We stayed on the 3rd floor and we had a non smoking room but the hallway smelt so bad like smoke. The room was ok not impressive, and if you wanted items like a blow dryer or shampoo you had to go back to the front desk to get it. Over all it is ok if you are just stopping for the night.

very good bang for your buck the room was clean and look like it was remodled not too long ago. the room had a little stove top unit, frig (with ice), microwave, coffe pot as well as pots, pans and place settings for 2 (how many guest were checked in). the ac unit worked well, the room and halls didnt have the musky, stinky smell that most hotels have. the front desk was always polite and promt. the hotel was located off the highway yet wasnt swamped with the noise and traffic that one would expect; it was kind of tucked awa... read more

Hotel Needs Serious Remodel Checked into hotel. Carpet in the room was soaking wet, with all of the furniture on the bed. No other rooms available. Was told that carpet had just been cleaned. Carpet stunk of dogs.Must have washed carpet with no soap & cold water. Hotel does not care about room condition, as it seems to be filled with construction workers. Only good thing about this hotel is the location, and that's about it. Shame, as it really used to be up there with the Hampton Inns & such...
