Safe location,staff was friendly,sheets looked like they had not been changed,hairs between the sheets.

The room was clean and comfortable for my two day stay. The Hotel did not have ice, or ice maker, and the refrigerators ice maker, does not make ice. Perhaps if my stay was longer I could easily brought a bag of ice. The bathroom sink knob is awkward. You have to be careful washing you face, otherwise, you will injure yourself from the knob that sticks out.

We were 10 minutes early and room wasn’t ready. Checked in 3 hours later and the mattress/linen were missing from pullout sofa we had to wait another hour. Onion peelings on chair and floor and holes in blanket!

Yolanda, the housekeeper was great and very eager to make sure I had everything I needed. They were short-staffed and consequently, the room was not that clean. The shower was only luke-warm, never hot. They need coffee pots in the room.
