No kitchen items in a full kitchen unit, no ice machines, rooms very outdated, paint chipping of walls, stains on kitchen counter, bed and chair very uncomfortable and staff seemed very rude.

Disgusting The room was disgusting we had to sleep with clothes on head to toes! The headboard was filthy the carpet was stained. There was no shower curtain! Absolutely disgusting!!!

There is no maid service if you stay less than 7 days. If you have garbage you have to take it out yourself. I could hear people walking above my room. I felt like ceiling was going to come down.

Had to wait about 15minutes at the fromt desk before i could check-in because there was no one there, and at check there was still no one i just ended up leaving the key at the front desk.

Shower did not work, blaring music all throughout the night, and a roach in the bathroom sink in the morning. Was denied an extra pillow and blanket.

Never again Carpets were stained, filthy, and sticky feeling when walked on. The room smelled mildewed, the kitchenette was broken down, with tore up counters. The curtains wouldn’t close, and the tub wouldn’t drain, so we showered standing in dirty water.
