Convenient and comfortable We chose the Extended Stay because it was the closest to a relative who lives in Scottsdale. The room was clean and comfortable, with a refrigerator and stove, as well as sink, and tableware. The towels and washcloths were on the skimpy side, but for the price and the location it was fine. We plan to return.

Convenient location, value pricing, well equipped. This is an axcellent solution for business and pleasure travelers. We use it for visitors we can't accomodate in our nearby condo. We also stayed here during parts of our remodel. It is conveniently located, well appointed, comfortable and clean. Parking and breakfast are provided as it high speed internet connection.

OK, it was as expected. Overall the room was clean, however the kitchen area could have been cleaned a little bit more. The hotel had all the basics, and was exceptable.

Only problem I was on the 2nd floor and I could hear the "elephant" walking around on the floor above me. That was the only problem.

Some glitches, but a good value This hotel was a good value, and I'd stay there again. We stayed a week. It wasn't perfect... The baseboard and part of the wallpaper was peeling off in the hallway to our rooms. And they got our checkout date wrong (twice) so we were locked out. And they put sofabed sheets on our queen bed, so they kept popping off the corners. And the breakfast is the most minimal of breakfasts, without even tea. January 2011 This hotel was a gem about 5 years ago in appearance and services. Its still 'ok' but I have some concerns that management is allowing this hotel to decline. Its main selling points are that its off the street, relatively quiet from traffic and appears to be in a safe location. The bedspreads are the same ones that were used on my stay 5 years ago (that or they bought an awful lot of the same patterned bedspreads, which I don't think is the case). For the price a reasonalbe guy flop stop great location for the purpose of my visit to golf, also plenty of easily accessed dining, drinking and shopping facilities - the hotel was less than tidy in places - the coffee was very good tasting, freshly brewed but the deluxe breakfast with fresh fruit was over described -daily room rate fair but I would expect a discount on a week plus rental -- overall good value but I wouldn't stay there with my wife
