Good experience I had never stayed in one of these hotels and did not realize they don't come and clean every day like in most hotels. If you want clean towels or wash cloths, you need to take them the dirty ones and they will replace them with clean ones. The price was much less expensive than your 'regular' hotels, and we were not there to stay in our room a lot except to sleep.

We would go back. The hotel was nothing fancy but was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The TV was not very good and the pillows were not the most comfortable.

Staff were very good. Morning coffee ran out. Got a smoking room. The staff were always polite and helpful. However I ended up with a smoking room. I didn't notice it until I got home and all my stuff reeked of smoke. The room was relatively clean and had everything needed for and extended stay. The breakfast is packaged muffins and bagels with a toaster, not bad. However the coffee was empty several mornings and I didn't have time to wait for them to brew more. Maybe they can stay ahead of that better.

staff helpful We had to change our plans and shorten our stay. Staff worked hard to arrange an exception to hotel pollcy and make it possible for us to change our plans.

Extended Stay Duluxe North Scottsdale I made the last minute reservation on Hotels.com And within an hour was at the hotel and in my room. The desk clear was very helpful and polite
