Neat, felt like my previous stay at hyatt I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the service, although i feel the shuttle service should have more flexible times and areas. I had not means of transportation so i had to use a taxi to get to most places around the area. These issues are probably just specific to me.

Decent and affordable Room was nice, made good use of the kitchenette and saved some cash by not going out to restaurants. Very quiet, and close to Rutgers campus.

A little disappointed in service. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the University and the fact that it had a kitchen to prepare meals for our athlete son.We were there 3 days 2 nights.The location was good and the hotel was clean.Our shocker came when we asked for a late checkout,as we have a morning session and a late session with a 4 hour break in between.The swim session lasts from 7am to 12noon,and we were hoping to stay until about 3 so we wouldnt have to load the car at 630 am.Imagine our suprise when we fou... read more

Nice place Nice hotel, the staff was good and welcoming. Overall I was pleased with the stay.

The clerk told me that the credit card swipe was if any damage was done to the room. The had a broken closet door and a broken shelf in the closet. I reported it to the clerk immediately so I would no be charged for this repair since I was not responsible. I am watching my card for any charges.

close to all must-see sights Excellent...thoroughly enjoyed my stay for Family weekend at Rutgers (visiting my daughter). Excellent proximity to campus and shopping.

Decent room, service lacking Granted we checking in late, almost midnight, however, hotels are open 24 hours, no? The front desk was not at all attentive. Though the morning staff was excellent. The room was fairly clean, though it had an odd odor when we walked in and there was a yellow stain on the toilet. Overall an ok stay, however, will probably not return.
