The Perfect Pitstop I was passing through the North East and decided to stay a bit in Jersey. This was my first time at this chain. It was more than I hoped the room was more like a mini-apartment. The only downside being that you would probably need a car because all stops to grab some food are a good 5min away. However, if you have cab money then it won't be a problem.

Extended Stay - great location and value This hotel is located close to the Piscataway campus of Rutgers. This is a decent value and the hotel room is spacious.

great hotel for a family there was no cold water in the bathroom sink and the ice maker wouldn't work in the freezer the staff gave us ice cube trays.

5/18/12 to 5/20/12 My only issue was the lack of "extras". The only shampoo they had was a 2-in-1 and you had to go down and get it. The coffee maker was brand new, but didn't work. The rotating plate in the microwave was not actually part of that model (no way it would stay on its track). The shower was lovely, the bed and bedding were super comfy!

Undergoing renovations The first room they put me in was designated non-smoking but it smelled of cigarettes and the air conditioning did not seem to be working. I went back to the desk and they put me in another room which was better. The room was old but fine. They are currently renovating the hotel as of spring 2012.
