Nice staff Nice, clean room, sufficient amount parking spaces and best of all.. wonderful staff! We'd definitely return to this hotel if ever again in the area and can highly recommend.

Nice staff, dirty room Room was very dirty, bathroom still had hair and and old soap bar in it. Hotel staff were really friendly. It might be a one off, first and last time staying at Extended Stay America.

Good location - close to all stores Stay is good. Stayed for 5 days, expecting house keeping atleast once. But I see we need to call them if needed, same goes with the utensils in kitchen, we need to call them to get the neccesssary kitchen things. Other than that everything is good.

good place for 3-7 day visit nice, secure hotel. very spacious to accommodate my wife and I, and our 5 kids in one room. even had a kitchen. fair prices too

Great affordable place to stay in Pittsburgh! Very affordable, very roomy hotel room. It had a pull out bed in the couch which was great for a family of five. We were a 15-minute ride from the city which was convenient. Everything you need is close by - Sheetz, Walmart, Citizens Bank, etc. My only complaint was that the room was advertised as non-smoking, but you could tell someone had been smoking there before. They gave us Fabreeze to spray on the carpet and furniture. I suppose this isn't the hotel's fault but the complet... read more

Good room layout but kitchen empty I liked the layout of room but was surprised to see empty kitchen. It appears kitchen cook wares incl basic ones like coffee mugs n spoons will be provided based on request only?!? Come on its 'extended' stay!!! Rest all ok.

Not A Bad Stay We were in town for a basketball tournament for the weekend and this was not a bad stay. The rooms were very spacious and were pretty clean. Our air conditioner in the room did not blow cold air it was more like a fan blowing when on Cold/High. They don't really leave the necessities in the room for you and you have to go to the front desk and ask for just about everything. A different kind of hotel The staff was awesome- friendly, helpful and cute. The room had a nice feel and decor. You must make your own ice- because you have your own freezer (win). So it's a give and take scenario. One elevator but never had to wait. Overall a very nice stay and wish I could have made a weekend out of it. Firefox will give you internet issues so use Internet explorer.
