My Stay stayed here for a couple nights. nice staff, clean rooms and hotel, slow free wifi however.
Awesome customer service Great Service and Location. We stayed at the Extended america for the first time and will definitely be back. Customer service was great and we enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Definitely recommend, especially for those who are planning to cook in the room.
Nice Breakfast is not Good , otherwise Good
Door that wouldn't shut! After checking into our room, we proceeded to go out for dinner but the door would lock but did not close completely. We informed the clerk and was told she was the only one there and could not get anyone to look at it this evening. We asked that she come up to the room and see for herself what we were talking about since it was locked she thought it would be alright to go ahead and leave. She finally agreed and looked for herself afterwards she gave us another room.
Great hotel, terrible breakfast My family and I were very happy with our stay. The room was very large and fit my family of six very comfortably. The only downside of our stay was breakfast. A muffin, granola bar, and orange just doesn't cut it. Only beverages offered were coffee or hot chocolate, no milk or juice. Overall our stay was great.
Not bad at all. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Renovated rooms and currently renovating the hotel. Rooms are spacious and were great for what we needed. Room did not smell like smoke. Overall, no complaints. Just what we needed for our stay.
Needs to have more for breakfast but close to stores
Nice staff Nice, clean room, sufficient amount parking spaces and best of all.. wonderful staff! We'd definitely return to this hotel if ever again in the area and can highly recommend.
Nice staff, dirty room Room was very dirty, bathroom still had hair and and old soap bar in it. Hotel staff were really friendly. It might be a one off, first and last time staying at Extended Stay America.
